During the Management Projects mixed groups of 6 up to 7 students from the Netherlands and Germany have the task to consult an existing Small and Medium Enterprise. This means you have to work in an international environment for a concrete client. The students only have 7 weeks to accomplish this task and there will be a direct competition between the teams due to the fact that 6 up to 7 teams consult the same company. Coaches from both universities and tutors are going to coach the teams for the time of the project. During this time the students should develop, practice and apply necessary competencies such as teamwork, getting feedback from the client and working in an international environment. The Management Projects will be finished with presenting the results of the project in Amsterdam.
